Our pizzas are kept frozen from the instant they are finished baking. When we receive an order, we pack the items into an eco-friendly, thermally-protected box with enough dry ice to keep the product frozen throughout transit. We take extra care to ensure the right amount of dry ice is used, taking into consideration the final destination and the number of products ordered.

Each package of frozen pizzas is packed into an eco-friendly, thermally protected box with enough dry ice to maintain the desired temperature all the way to the destination. This ensures that your order will arrive frozen and remain so until you put it in the freezer to maintain freshness and remain there until they are ready to go into the oven.

We provide tracking information with every order to ensure you can open your package as soon as it is delivered. We understand, however, if you cannot be there to receive your order. For best results, we recommend you retrieve your package on the same day as delivery. Once the package is opened, be sure to store the individual pizzas in your freezer to maintain freshness.

We store and ship all of our orders frozen. For optimum freshness, your pizzas should be put into the freezer upon arrival and remain there until they are ready to go into the oven.

We provide tracking information with every order to give you the best chance of being home when your package arrives. However, if you cannot be there to receive your order, our dry ice packaging will continue to keep it cold for some time. That said, we still recommend you retrieve your package on the same day as delivery. Once the package is opened, be sure to store the individual pizzas in your freezer to maintain freshness.

Our products can remain in the freezer for up to one year (12 months) and still taste fresh-baked out of the oven. This makes it easier to stock up and ensure you can enjoy our delicious pizza anytime.

As an environmentally-conscious company, we pack all of our pizzas in biodegradable boxes with eco-friendly liners. We use the most environmentally sustainable and functional packaging material available. The foam insulation is a certified compostable and biodegradable packaging material made from water-soluble non-GMO cornstarch, which can be composted or even safely disintegrated under running water and safely rinsed down a kitchen sink making it one of the most eco-friendly packaging materials in the world.

NOTE: It is important that you handle dry ice with care. Do not touch it with your bare hands and consider using an oven mitt or towel. Also, do not put the dry ice on your counter or table, as it may damage the surface. Avoid breathing the dry ice as it "melts" into a gas.

To open the package safely: first, take the wrapped dry ice out of the shipping container. Once completed, remove your frozen pizzas and or calzones and place them in your freezer. Next, place the dry ice back into the insulated bag and move it to a well-ventilated area away from children or animals. Once the dry ice has disappeared (usually in under 24 hours), you can place all the packaging materials in your recycling bin.

Our orders are delivered by FedEx. While we take precautions to ensure that each package's contents are protected during delivery, it's possible for the outer packaging to suffer some damage during shipping. Providing the product packaging itself is intact, the quality of your pizzas will not be affected.
